Orders over Christmas (Dec/Jan)

A.From the 8th of December any orders placed on the website will not be sent until January 2021. We will be focusing on sending out all of our current orders so customers may hopefully get them on or around Christmas.
As well as this, our print supplier will be closing over Christmas and postage services are heavily delayed during this period.
You can still shop in the store with no change however just be aware that your artwork wont be shipped for a few weeks.
If you have any more questions head to the  Contact page and send through an email and we will respond ASAP.
Our goal during this time is for us to be transparent up front to keep you well informed and happy.
Thankyou for your understanding!

Do you ship internationally?

A.Yes absolutely. To most places as well. Just be aware of your customs tax in your region as it may or may not apply to you and will be payable by you to customs before receiving your item.

How long will it take to receive my order?

A.Original artworks - please allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive it.

Prints - as they are made to order and some are signed and embellished, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive them.

Merchandise - takes approximately 4 weeks as they are printed to order and will be shipped directly to you from the printer and depending on the product the location of the supplier may vary.

Will I be notified once my order has been dispatched?

A.Yes. An email will be sent to your nominated email address informing you that your order has been dispatched.

What is the process with prints?

A.All prints are made to order through a local printing company in Meanjin (Brisbane). This means production time on their end could take up to 14 business days until it reaches my studio via post. From there, the usual process can take up to a week in my studio. This process encompasses signing each print individually, preparing it and packaging it safely in its respective packaging and booking it for shipping.
Some prints also require embellishing with paint which is done by hand. These prints tend to take a little longer than the others.

While I endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible, it is a lengthy process and one that needs great care and attention to detail so I am very grateful for your patience and understanding during this time.

Are you open to collaborations?

A.Yes, however I have a very busy timetable and will need to plan in advance for any potential collaboration - if I believe it aligns with Mulganai's vision. Unfortunately I will not accept any collaborations with a deadline of less than 4 weeks minimum. If you would like to get in touch about a potential collaboration contact me via  the contact form.

Important Note: When placing an order please ensure you give as many details as possible and make sure they are correct so we can ensure your artwork gets to you safely and quickly.
