Inspired by the colours, smells, sounds and feeling of where I grew up. This artwork depicts the sun setting over the land and the waters, the rich colours of the landscape turning even more vibrant as the setting sun touches its surface. 

It symbolises the mountain ranges behind Gimuy, the ocean and its inhabitants, the mangroves on the beach, and the mountains standing sentinel behind my home of Second Beach.
