I worked on this piece slowly over several months, allowing it to grow and change alongside me. At its heart, it is a reflection on seasons; both the shifts that take place across Country and the many seasons we experience within our own lives.

The vibrant colours are inspired by sunsets over the land and the way their light can transform a familiar place into something amazing. Woven throughout are traces of movement by mob and animals alike, places of gathering and rest, and pieces of home, memories and connections.

This artwork honours the beauty found in transition. It speaks to the places that shape us, the moments that stay with us, and the many paths that continue to present themselves as we move through life.
