This artwork represents how one person can make a difference, whether it’s big or small. This artwork for me is very emotive. Whilst painting it I was driven by emotion and I let my hand and paintbrush do the talking. It is inspired by my love for lifting others up and seeing the wonderful in the mundane. It is also inspired by dreaming big dreams, being resilient through life’s challenges and holding onto the wonder and awe I had as a child so I may live life to the fullest and make my ancestors proud.
